Refund policy

At Tiny Tot Treasures, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns 

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. When requesting a return, please include your order number.

Initiating a Return  

To begin the return process, please contact us at etinytottreasures07@gmail.com. Note that the return address must be verified before you ship your item.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately to address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items  

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges  

To exchange an item, we recommend returning it first. Once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at etinytottreasures07@gmail.com.
